I fished the Current and Montauk Sept  2nd and 3rd. I had a great time.
I fished from Tan Vat to the park and back and had decent success with a
grasshopper. The park was a different situation. I fish with a bead head
olive caddis emerger, hares ear nymph, and a green crackleback.

I fished the North Fork of the White River Sept 16-17 and had moderate
success with a yellow crackelback, Kaufman Stonefly, olive caddis
emerger, and  prince nymph.

I fished the Meramec River Sept 30 and Oct 1 with success using a prince
nymph. I caught this guy underneath a root wad

This site focuses on Fly Fishing, Canoeing, Kayaking, and
Nature, hiking in Missouri Ozark Streams.  This site was
originally the Ozark Streams Site in the late 1990's and
was pirated from a web development company trying to
extort money from me to keep the original naming rights.
This web site is designed to showcase Missouri's Fly fishing Waters.
Missouri has a gem when it comes to Fly fishing.
I have been fishing in Missouri for the last 36 years concentrating on
mostly on flyfishing during the last 12 years.  I started flyfishing at the age
of 9 but took it more seriously when I appreciated the art and skill (age
30).  My favorite rivers to fish are the Meramec, North Fork of the White
River, and the Current River. I also flyfish the Ausable, Jordan, Boyne
Rivers in Michigan.
